THE EVIDENCE

Diana was NOT trapped in the Mercedes as stated. Bodyguard, Trevor Rees-Jones WAS wearing a seat belt. The French police were wrong about how far the paparazzi were behind the Mercedes The French police were wrong about the speeds of the paparazzi vehicles and the Mercedes. Two cars hit the Mercedes. Some alleged witnesses invented their stories. Some witnesses were pressured to change their evidence. Ritz Hotel and Etoile Limousine staff gave false information, which implicated Henri Paul. The French authorities destroyed crucial evidence. Incriminating ‘evidence’ was planted in Henri Paul’s home. The choice of hospital was pre-planned, which raises further questions. The medical staff delayed Diana’s treatment, unwittingly or otherwise. The actions of the paparazzi were covered up.
CONCLUSIONS OF THIS INVESTIGATION
THE CRASH
The genuine Henri Paul blood samples were labelled after the autopsy for DNA testing. The blood tested for alcohol was taken from a body that came from the refrigerator room. Henri Paul’s body was not refrigerated. There was no second Henri Paul autopsy on September 4th, 1997. There was no CDT test. Henri Paul was neither drunk nor speeding.
HENRI PAUL
THE VERDICT
The paparazzi caused the crash and failed to provide assistance to the injured.
The white Fiat Uno was a red herring, invented to exonerate the paparazzi. There was no substantive search for the white Fiat Uno. If the rear light fragments found in the tunnel truly came from a Fiat Uno, it could have been any colour.
